yea..i am so lazy to update actually...
whole body aching like hell...like as if so many yr nv exercise ...(but ya la...abt going 3 yr nv exercise le)haha
finish all the sections whithin one day..really like mad...
but really happy is all my sections i done even better than in secondary sch...mayb because i shed off my weight...feel lighter, can jump further....run faster etc..lolx

but one section dat make my mood go down is the 2.4km..lolx..if not for dat section..i can get gold le lei!!! GOLD lei!! wah...sianz...i so excited when i did well for the rest but come dis section..my leg muscle start to soften...like u can fall anytime dat feeling "nua" hahax..i just dun feel quite right when i started the run..the momentum is not quite right...i knew the out come le.. =/ sob sobs thru the run...feel like vomiting...choke by something * haha i think u know what ba...den right side of the body in stitches really in pain but i cannot stop!! cos i wanna proof to U i can run de ! i got determination! i persevered! but i still did not made it to.... =/

can u dun sound so in disbelieve? i really can...though how breathless i am..but i wanna show it to u ..i can do it! dun wanna let u look down on me ;P i will most prob go training and do it right!!

now my body aching..and i walking like a robot. robotic walks..walk straight..i now cant bend anywhere...every parts in muscle tension..very hard muscle..lolx right?

yea man...i manage to find u trouble just kidding la...i just like to make things difficult for ya...but in my heart, i not like dat de..just wanna haf fun... arent u happy?

i will smile but will cry too...crying need more energy to do it...than smiling? so i rather use more energy to do things for u ..that's crying! haha!!

thanks to yun wei and daphne..thanks for ur card! filled with encouragement and care and concern! yea..i will jia you jia you!! no matter how tough things get to be i definately find a way to handle...cos GOD WILL MADE A WAY FOR ME! i love dis song!!

stomach pain? because of the body muscle pain? or because of gastric pain? Ouch! =/
who can massage my back for me..its hell aching pain!!plus the head hurts in the middle of the night...it is the kinda short sharp pain and it comes and go very fast..having it several times during the night...on the left side of the head!!
