YEAY!!
went for blood donation at Singapore Press Holding.WOw..
the place is pretty big and nice inside
i happen to be free so went for blood donation (:
usually donate in my sch if have the campaign..but now i holidays nv go sch so dunno lo..
haha..if not need to go to outram there to donate...very far !! attachment everyday need to go there le...now still go there...abit phobia HAHAHAHA!! jus kidding :P

dis time is my third time donating... YAY!!
feel so great!..
anyway lucky i just at the acceptable weitght to donate blood ---> 45kg!
phew
HAAHA!
waited there for quite some time but the process very fast! but the LA (local anethesia) abit pain...the nurse say my vein quite small...but she very experienced ...no pain pain...fast and good! :0
got a green dinosaur bandage...my last time one is orange smiley bandage... (:
very cute....

now craving for hot soup...HEE
hungry..!!
yesterday just had corn and ribs soup (i think)
I LOVE IT!
today no soupy...but really feel like having it.... ):

mst drink plenty of water to replace the liquid components in the blood...

they gif goodies bags...inside got lotsa things ..
calendar, BRANDs chicken essense the Vit B complex + Iron, drinks, note book, stick on memo paper, the A-Zinc tablets,.....alot haha...the main thing is to help the red blood cell production....
YAY!! i learn all this B4 in Sch biology....

hmm..today feeling better
things are on the brighter side now...
