today is my last day at my present ward!
feeling GREAT! happy working with them...
but except for my class mates some chi-na pple...confronted mi...den i shoot her back lolx!! she then keep quiet ...everything i do is for my patients safety...she say why need 3 pple to help one pt to do bed sponging...i tell her straight off...i guess she went to tell the staff nurse..den staff nurse came to ask..i tell her the same reason..and the staff nurse understand it ...she got nothing to say either...haha!!

so many pple are pissed off with the two chi-na pple..cos they always order the ITE students to do things for them whereas they are doing nothing to help as we all so busy in the morning...even we are of the same equal status as students lo...they even order me and my friends to do thing for them...they choose the easy job...leaving the rest for mi and my friends... if got time i sure shoot them off....i dun give face liao! they are just too much! even the ITE students complain to us abt it...
if u wanna be a good staff nurse...start from the stratch...if not next time u dunno how to do the lowest job..u arent going to be respected by the pple under u ...

argh...


anyway i pray for my pts who are going for major op today !
